Return Conditions:
- In order for us to process your return or exchange, it is necessary for you to provide a copy of your receipt or any form of proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within a 30-day period from the date of purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, just as it was when purchased. This includes any branded packaging, such as blister packing, tags, and stickers, and must be in a resalable and unopened state.
Exceptions:
Please be aware that there are certain circumstances under which a return may not be accepted, as outlined below:
- Refunds, credits, or exchanges cannot be provided for specially ordered products (unless the product is found to be unfit for its intended purpose or faulty) or for products that have been altered or used in a manner contrary to the product’s instructions. This encompasses custom-made axles and specially ordered items.
- Returns cannot be accepted (unless covered by Australian consumer law) for products that have been utilized in any way.
