Handling Issues with Tfortrailerparts
In the event that a product falls short of your expectations, you have the entitlement to request either a repair, replacement, or refund under the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. The type of remedy you qualify for hinges on whether the problem is classified as major or minor. The advantages of this warranty extend beyond any rights and remedies mandated by Australian State and Federal laws that cannot be waived. Nothing within this warranty is intended to nullify, limit, or alter any State or Federal legislation pertinent to the provision of goods and services that cannot be nullified, limited, or altered.
Should a defect manifest in the product before the conclusion of the warranty period and Tfortrailerparts determines that the product is defective in terms of materials or workmanship, Tfortrailerparts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either:
- Provide a replacement or repair of the product or the defective component of the product at no cost.
- Arrange for the product or the defective component to be repaired or replaced by a certified repairer at no cost.
Tfortrailerparts will assess whether the issue with the product constitutes a minor or major problem. If it is deemed minor, a complimentary repair will be offered instead of a replacement or refund. If it is considered a major problem, you are entitled to request a replacement or refund.
The resolution offer may vary until the nature of any fault is determined. In some cases, it may be necessary to return the item to ascertain the fault or issue. If the product is determined to be faulty after inspection, a resolution will be provided at the expense of the supplier. This resolution may encompass a repair, replacement, provision of spare parts, or refund.
